Who likes leftovers? I don't know. The word itself is just a little bit gross. It makes me think of Salisbury steak slathered in sauce that has been sitting in the back of the fridge for like five years. However! Pair almost useless leftovers with eggs and you've got yourself a golden meal. Swear. So speaking of so... I took them leftover veggies (and some what dried out Swiss) from the dinner on the previous post, and I made a pretty bitchin' omelet for the very first time ever.
